Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

First time finally trying this place, I actually prefer it to Canes. Thats my entire review! IYKYK

Every employee in there acts like they hate their job. I was picking up a mobile order and one of my 5 piece chicken strip meals only had 4 chicken strips. I let an employee know and he took it to a girl employee with purple hair and she was moving everything in the box like I was lying and touched the toast with her bare hands. (No gloves) im not sure if it was the same girl or not but another employee also mocked me in a whiny voice saying “it’s supposed to be a 5 piece”. I don’t get why they’re annoyed with me asking for the food that I paid for. Horrible service.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this salad, once in the dining room and this time in the drive thru. Both times, over half the lettuce has been complete mush and rotten. I’m all done with Zaxby’s now. Wasted $10.89 and left hungry.

Not thrilled the way I saw the manager by the name of Allie Guzman treated the cashier. Very unprofessional.

Great food. Very clean. Not overly busy. But close to SeaWorld and a great stop after a day at the park.
