Junior's Stowe

The atmosphere was lovely, although the interior felt a bit cool. Our server was excellent and very accommodating. However, we had higher expectations for the food, which left me somewhat disappointed, especially considering the price; hence the four-star rating. I tried the Rigatoni alla Vodka, but it lacked a good balance between the red and cream sauces. I think adding more red sauce would enhance the flavor. I was part of a group of eight, and I sampled the spaghetti with garlic-infused red sauce, which turned out to be the best dish on the table.

The location is great, and the restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and the prices were reasonable, making the delicious food even more enjoyable. The homemade bread was particularly tasty. My only complaint was that two out of the four duck dishes arrived at the table warm instead of hot, which was an issue with the timing of the cooking. If not for that, I would have given it a perfect five stars. I will definitely be returning for the fantastic food.

Salute is an excellent restaurant. The food is delightful, offering a wide variety of options, including numerous vegetarian dishes. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting with a contemporary touch. I was able to secure same-day reservations for Sunday, but it's strongly advised to make reservations in advance for Thursday through Saturday.

This is my favorite restaurant in Stowe; we stay in Stowe 1 week a year. I always go to this restaurant. Large Italian menu with large price range. We always eat on the covered terrace, the very attractive multi-year flowers around them and bright lights in cover, adding the atmosphere.

First time at Salute for myself and my date. I searched for a real Italian restaurant in central Vermont and Salute is it. She had the salmon, I veal marsala. Both were excellent. Staff is so friendly. Chase our server was outstanding. Ambiance is charming and our fireplace seating was nice. We'll definitely be back.
