Flagstones - Suffern

I'm very glad we chose this hotel. I and my friend were passing through Arta last min (booked the day before) and ended a corner room. The room was beautiful with a beautiful view. Stella behind the cashier in the counter was amazing. Stella deserves an increase, not only was she very kind to explain how the early check in worked, but a mistake about my check-in after professionally checked my reservation number. Although nothing was open, Stella explains the different places to eat and how we checked, she made sure we got our free witch breakfast bag, we didn't know anything about it so that she really went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. She also explained about the ski trails in the area, so we will be back to spend more money to see Stella and drive the trails!

I often travel from Hudson Valley to NJ and this is an iconic building from Route 17. Very accessible from 17 and 287. I was here several times... always clean. Room I stayed a little small. All rooms are over 10 floors, and there is only one glass elevator so if you are not a fan of heights- possibly not a great location. Also the parking lot is not SUPER near any entrance. The restaurant has delicious wings, and there is a ton of communal space. Due to the accessibility of the situation, we held an event in one of the conference rooms. Staff had set up things as we wanted - temperature was difficult, but very courtesy and reasonable for a COVID event

I had a great time during my overnight stay. The hotel was peaceful, and the customer service was outstanding. I'm looking forward to coming back!

The place has a great vibe. The pool and gym are excellent. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. However, the decor in the room feels a bit dated, like the lamps, TV, and air conditioning unit.

Five stars! The staff was exceptional, and the room was impeccably clean. We enjoyed fantastic views from our room, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely return during our next visit to the area.
