One concept I was set on was butter chicken skewers. I only had a loose idea for it, without any recipe or detailed instructions. But at the tasting, it was exactly what I envisioned! I was truly impressed by Anne's understanding of both cuisines. She seamlessly mingled the spices of Indian cuisine without overwhelming the dishes with garam masala. Her matar paneer took me back home, and her stuffed tomatoes (bharela tamatar) were an incredible fusion hit! I could rave about her cooking forever, but I must also mention that she's a talented baker. The lavender lemon cake and macarons she created for our wedding dessert were absolutely the best! Have you seen her Instagram? Her food is a work of art! Combine Anne’s culinary skills with the charisma of her husband, Joseph, and you’ve got a power couple. Joseph was our officiant and exceeded our expectations. I wrote the entire ceremony and needed someone to handle the MC duties. Since hiring a traditional officiant was too costly, I approached Jan for recommendations on more budget-friendly options. That's when Joseph stepped in. He brought so much personality to the ceremony. While I only asked him to MC, he went above and beyond to add his personal touch, making the day unforgettable. Several guests inquired about where we found our officiant. Joseph even stopped by after the ceremony to offer us advice, which was a lovely gesture. Jan truly understood my needs and connected me with Joseph perfectly. Now, let’s talk about the amazing Jan. I could run out of characters trying to express how wonderful she is. In summary, she felt like a mother to me, helping me maximize my budget and resolve any issues that came up. While some vendors claimed they weren't budget-friendly, Jan was all about finding ways to make it work. Our budget wasn’t extremely low, but it certainly wasn’t extravagant either. I shared my priorities with Jan, particularly the importance of great food, and she spent over an hour on the phone with me finding ways to cut costs effectively, like suggesting inexpensive water goblets with gold rims. Not once did I feel judged or silly while working with her. She was an excellent communicator, and I’ve appreciated her support from Day 1 to the wedding brunch. I can't wait to treat her to coffee the next time I see her. In short, these three are simply fantastic! There were no leftovers from dinner because everyone devoured it. Many guests asked for their contact information. From the Indian fusion menu to the Southern brunch, everything was phenomenal. Thank you, Anne, Joseph, and Jan, for making our wedding absolutely unforgettable!

I got married on October 8, 2022, and we absolutely loved the food! We worked with Jan leading up to the event, and she was fantastic—always attentive and organized. We also rented supplies through her at a great price! My guests still rave about how delicious the mashed potatoes were. There was a minor hiccup when half of our Tuscan chicken ended up at a different venue, leaving our guests without chicken for about 20 minutes. However, I got mine and it was delicious! Once the issue was resolved, Jan and her team went around to each table to serve everyone chicken. They turned what could have been a stressful moment into a funny memory we can laugh about now. The team was incredibly nice and very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend them for any catering service, even with the chicken mishap!

The food is delicious and the appetizers are to die for. The only thing that’s beats it is their customer service. Jan is phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The rest of the team is also super friendly.

We used Anne's Custom Catering for an intimate wedding of about 50 people and cannot say enough good things about our experience, from the moment we scheduled our tasting to the day of the event. It was very important that we find a caterer who could accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets so all of our guests could eat well. Eat well they did! The menu offered is absolutely stellar and there are SO many good options to choose from (every single thing we tried at our tasting was delicious). The staff went above and beyond to help us find a menu that fit our needs and we still had guests talking to us about how excellent the food was a week after the wedding. Not to mention that the original plans for our wedding cake with another vendor fell through at the last minute, and Anne pulled together a beautiful AND delicious vegan wedding cake in <48 hours before the reception. The catering staff who brought the food to our venue were kind, fun, and professional, too. I'd recommend Anne's to any bride and/or groom looking for a wedding caterer! We had a wonderful experience and the food was so good!
