Papa John's Pizza - Swannanoa

The service at this restaurant was excellent. I placed an online order and was told it wouldn't be ready for almost 50 minutes after I paid. I called to cancel because we couldn't wait that long. The lady on the phone said she could cancel the order, but then called me back and informed me that the wait would only be 20 minutes. We decided to wait and I truly appreciate her going out of her way to accommodate us. Great job!

I ordered a pizza that never arrived. I think this restaurant doesn't have enough staff. It was a big inconvenience to wait for 3 hours with my friends.

The service at this pizza place is the worst I have ever experienced. The delivery is okay, but the online ordering is rarely working. Additionally, they do not open until after 4pm most days, so getting pizza for lunch is not an option. When I called to place a pickup order and drove ten minutes to save time, I was put on hold until I arrived at the pickup window. I watched as they ignored me and did busywork inside. After waiting for 5 minutes, someone finally came to the window and informed me that they were behind by 45 minutes and ignoring other customers who were calling. I could have overlooked all of this if not for the one employee who was just folding pizza boxes and ignoring customers, despite having plenty already done.

I highly recommend Papa John's in Swannanoa, NC for delicious and reliable pizza. They always deliver quickly, especially when the other nearby options are closed or taking too long. The pizza is always hot and delicious, a great choice when you're in a hurry or craving a tasty meal.

The food is consistently delicious at this restaurant! However, in our recent experiences with no-contact delivery, the driver has just been standing on my porch without knocking, waiting for me to come get the food. Despite requesting in a note for the food to be left on the chair on the porch, the driver has not followed this instruction. As we are currently in a pandemic, it is important for delivery drivers to respect customers' choice of no-contact delivery by adhering to their preferences. I would prefer not to have to take the food directly from the driver's hands for safety reasons.
