Cóclea Lounge - Tagbilaran

Outdoor live band is VERY noisy, useless, barbaric disrespectful to the neighborhood especially for elders, students ordinary citizens making this city SHABBY AT NIGHT which pathetically makes dogs bark at it. Noise can be heard up until Banat-i Hill until midnight quite DISTURBING for evening WFH or studying students or for others who just want repose in their own R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T.I.A.L homes. My community used to be peaceful for more than 10 years up until they RUINED it since last year obnoxiously. Never have I ever had this lounge bar problem in my neighborhood in Europe or here in Ph before pandemic. This is ABSURD

Great place! Great Band! The food is okay and affordable but you get to enjoy the ambiance. You should visit the place.
