Mcdonald's - Test Valley

We had an excellent experience for our 9 year old child's birthday with his school friends. From the moment we stepped through the door an employee called James really looked after us. He made what could have been a stressful experience with 11 eight and nine year olds stress free. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I was really impressed with the level of service he gave us. McDonald's you are very lucky to have such quality of staff as James and I hope you really look after him. Thank you James for all you did for us.

Ordered McChicken Sandwich meal and Fish fillet meal with Apple pie as desert for takeaway through self order machine. The machine didn’t give me order number or receipt. Enquired to the Till and the order number was provided. The meal was served but when I opened the meal once I got to home, there were no French fries. The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time I was there but they still managed to screw. Partly, I should have checked my order but it is very unprofessional from Andover McDonald.

When I passed by this restaurant on sat 30th sept at 0030 in the morning, after an extremely long shift at work, hoping to get something to eat, I was extremely disappointed to find the 24hour restaurant CLOSED. It’s quite unacceptable that all he lights were on and staff inside but all locked up. Unacceptable
