Cafe Ziss - THE JUNCTION

Came for a coffee, stayed for breakfast. Great tasting coffee, I had a cappuccino. I ordered a big breakfast and asked for a few small swaps, which was not an issue. Within 10 minutes coffee and a big plate of food was on the table. Tasted great, staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe itself is a little small but functional. They make sandwiches to order and have cakes too.I would come back.

I absolutely adore this café! My friends and I visit here 3 or 4 times a week. The owner, Sara, is incredibly kind and makes us feel extremely welcome. The staff are all wonderful and very friendly. The coffee here is fantastic, and the iced coffees are especially delicious! The food is also excellent, with a nice variety to choose from. They offer breakfast specials daily as well.

Called in to order a quick coffee and egg and bacon roll. Twenty four minutes later my coffee was made but the roll was apparently still several minutes away. I had to leave sans roll or I would have been late for an appointment. Whilst waiting I noted one coffee a fruit smoothie and milkshake delivered to patrons who were eating and two take away and two plated meals taken from the kitchen. As these patrons were there prior to my arrival they had obviously been waiting for some time. I have had great food there in the past and the meals I saw looked lovely so the extended wait was disappointing.

I couldn't resist the pumpkin and sultana muffins coming fresh out of the oven this morning when I was ordering my morning coffee. Just delicious. If you hurry they will still be warm :)
