Bidra med feedbackThis location is usually well-managed compared to others. Over the years, I've rarely had any complaints, except when the frosty machine is out of order—which, to be fair, happens at many fast food places. In my opinion, Wendy’s serves the best burgers among the "big three."
The manager, Tasha, was extremely helpful, and it was refreshing to see someone managing things so efficiently. I requested that everything be fresh, and to my surprise, the food tasted just like commercial products, but it was served hot. Overall, this was the best service I’ve ever experienced at Wendy’s.
I arrived on December 9th with a fairly large order and had to wait quite a while for 7 o'clock on a Friday night. However, the team managed to prepare the order quickly, and the food was hot and correct. Rating for the food: 5/5.
We ordered through DoorDash from Wendy's, but the delivery driver only brought half of our order. We called the restaurant to find out what happened, and the employee seemed quite grumpy about the packaging. There were supposed to be three bags, but we only received two. I wanted to ask her if the driver had taken all three bags, but she didn't let me get a word in and kept complaining about the situation instead. It felt like she was unfairly venting about me, which was uncalled for.
The cash was amazingly sweet. very patient and polite, and the best part was. I didn't have to change exactly just well: 5/5
