Panda Express - Tupelo

The food was really good, however the fortune cookie I received was not true??‍.

Second time in a row I haven’t gotten all of my food after having to wait in the parking lot. Very frustrating.

Served a noticeably smaller portion size than other locations serve. They didn't cut up the grilled chicken like you're supposed to prior to serving as well (make seating more difficult. Didn't ask for my rewards code. They also forgot the fortune cookie. All this while the store was empty too so they weren't rushed or anything.

Had a pickup order and Everytime I come here the bowls be empty and employees walking around playing. I order beef and broccoli and I get to store and saw that that bowl only had 4 pieces of broccoli In it. They said I have to wait so they can make some more . 20 minutes later I get my food and realized instead of making a batch of beef and broccoli they gave me the scraps with only cold broccoli and dried out partially fried rice. This place is not cheap to be doing people wrong !

Food was good, but only had 4 selections at 1 in the afternoon. And nothing else would be ready for 15 minutes.
