College Station Properties - Tuscaloosa

My twin boys have rented from there for the last 3 yrs. I live in Tennessee where my husband is a contractor and we own reverse rental properties ourself here. College Station is the best company to rent from!! Hands down. Maintenance is quick to respond which is rare you even need to call. Properties are maintained well and everyone that works there is friendly and accommodating. Take my word best place to rent from!!!

Other residents trash private dwelling areas, and there is no way to prohibit unwanted lingering strangers from access to the property. Even those who share access to the property are disrespectful by producing unwelcoming noise at all hours of the night. I wouldn’t know who to complain to. Even local authority remains negligent as the issue is exacerbated and overlooked on a regular basis. If you value privacy I would not stay here.

My roomates and I love our apartment! The staff is so helpful and the prices are great. Our apartment is in a great location and was so clean when we moved in- seriously could not have asked for anything better.

Speaking as a parent of a previous tenant, this group does not keep the residences up and expect you, the parent to pay for improvements that were already damaged.They have a good racket going where they just keep your deposit and blame your kids for everything under the sun.Glad to be out of that big infested dump!They don’t deserve the one star I gave them.Live and learn …

College station is the best! I have rented from them the last two years and don’t have one regret! Case will always answer the phone when you need and someone always seems to be in the office.
