Dumpster Next To 6629 - University City

I called this company to get a quote for a 30 yard dumpster. I was quoted 400 dollars for a period of 10 days including pick up and drop off. I told the agent that I will shop around and call back. I was contacted by another agent not even a day later and to quote me stating they were having a sale and that I could get a 30-yard dumpster for 463 dollars. Supposedly according to him that was the lowest price for that size dumpster. I just hung up and don't think I will do business with them.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! I called to rent a dumpster that never got delivered yesterday. Nobody calls back or follows up. The excuse was that the powerlines were to low. !! If someone would have called me like they were supposed to while they were allegedly here yesterday I could have had them use my other driveway next door. So now I have no dumpster and a fee of $150 for a dumpster that was never delivered. Not to mention the crew I paid yesterday and half of today to stand around and wait for a dumpster that never came. Rachel absolutely did not care that I was inconvenienced and charged the fees for something I never got. This company will rip you off. Sorry excuse! Once again if you had called like you were SUPPOSED to you could have safely used my driveway next door. But you would much rather just take my money than call. Republic has a dumpster in my driveway as we speak. You 're pitiful!

I use them every time I have a job. Never a hassle, reasonable rates and always on time. I have referred them to friends who find they have the best deals. Friendly service. so for a remodel or just decluttering, call them!

Please please please do not use this company! We use them and they ruined our driveway. I took a video and pictures showing the gouges they took out in our driveway and said they cannot be responsible for the strength of the location that they put their dumpster. When their dumpster was caked with material on the wheels and was unable to turn. ruined my driveway due to negligence on their part. They won't compensate me Now I have to take them to court.

I wrote a 5-star review before I received an additional charge to my charge card for my 20 yard dumpster that I was told was over the 1 Ton rate, coming in at 2.21 tons. I was a little upset after talking to other rental companies that laughed at the 1 ton limit when the norm is 3 tons. I only put brush, limbs, and small tree trunks, cleaning up the common ground behind my house and wasn't happy about the extra charge. I am writing this new review to warn new customers about the weight limit to make sure you ask before renting from Budget Dumpster.
