Joy Sushi - Vail

Delicious fresh sushi. We enjoy good shushing and they beat our expectations. Try the double yellowtail, Lemon salmon roll, Black rice salmon veggie roll. All were amazing.

We went for dinner last night to this little hidden gem next to Safeway in West Vail. They were quite busy but were able to seat us quickly. We sat outside to enjoy the cool air. A server appeared and brought us bottled water. I didn't get her name, but we later discovered she'd only been working there a few days. She was excellent! She recommended a couple of red wines to us per our request and we ordered a bottle of Cab that was fantastic. We marked what we wanted on a sheet and the server recommended a super fresh tuna belly, so we had that served first with some seaweed salad and edamame. Our rolls came out quickly. It was all so good and so fresh. The place isn't really fancy but I truly care more about the quality of the food and the service, both which were 5+ stars. They seem to do a lot of takeout as well and it all comes out fast. You really get your money's worth and then some for the excellent food quality and freshness and happy service.

I love this place. Best scallops in the whole valley, and the rest of their sushi is also deeeelicious.

My favorite sushi spot eats or a great service super fresh sushi and innovative menu. I ordered roles, Sashimi, Nigiri and hot appetizers. Enjoy with a beer and Saki

Sushi was AH-MAZ-ZING. Prices are great! We were waited on hand and foot. Food was out within 5 minutes of ordering (or less). Fresh fish! Will definitely be back!
