Bidra med feedbackI had the Chicken Ramen, which had just the right amount of spice—not too hot, but flavorful. The fried pork roll was delicious, and the kimchi had a lovely texture; it was soft yet crispy, with great flavor. The portion sizes were just right, leaving me satisfied but not overstuffed. The service during lunch was quick, and the parking situation was convenient, although I have to deduct one star for that. There are parking spaces behind the building, but they can be a bit cramped. If you’re driving and can’t find a spot, it’s better to park across the street in the mall. Just avoid parking next door at the bike shop, as you might risk a tow.
I was excited to see that this Ramen shop had opened, especially since I was in the area for a concert at Jammin' Java and needed a quick meal. I was with a friend who doesn’t eat pork, so the availability of ramen with chicken broth was a nice bonus. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu and the various options. The portion sizes were generous, and the food was delicious. I wished there had been some crispy bean sprouts, but I have to admit that I tend to purchase those myself anyway.
The service was friendly, and the broth is primarily chicken, so if you're a fan of pork, you might be out of luck. The flavors are enjoyable, and the restaurant has a bit of a fusion vibe. I recommend giving it a try. In the evening, they have parking available behind Capital One. However, it is on the pricier side.
I cannot wait to go back to try the full menu as soon as it is completely opened. Spicy Chicken Ramen was really good and a little heat packed. Enjoyed a beer they also served. The chicken sticky bungalow was delicious.
Food: Fantastic. Non-traditional (you won't find tonkatsu on their soft opening menu, which speaks volumes). Excellent flavor with a flair toward street food in it's presentation. Generous portions. Excited to try their other broths. Ambience: Close your eyes and tell me you don't feel more like you're in a bustling crowd enjoying food on the streets of Japan. Great atmosphere. Seating isn't extremely comfortable, but this doesn't appear to be the kind of place you chill at for hours at a time. Come in for the food, come back to relive the experience. Overall excited to see this place in Vienna. I'll be back often and hungry. I wrote this review while in their soft launch. There are some issues, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a soft opening. No reason to give less than five stars at this point.
