As a,ways the food was excellent as was the attentive service. Best of all, one can carry on a conversation without talking loudly or straining to hear others at the table. We love DeCarlos!

The pasta dishes were excellent, but the salmon was so dry and fishy smelling we sent it back. The pork chop was seriously overcooked. It was a Sunday evening, so maybe they didn't have fresh ingredients, but then they shouldn't offer them.

DeCarlo's is perfect for any occasion! The food is always perfect and the service/staff are among the best in D.C.

Mussels and pasta were over cooked. Vegetable side dish was bland. Food greatly overpriced for its quality.

Classic and classy. If you want a bit of elegant, old world feel in a serene setting, you 've found the right place. This isn 't a Happy Hour, rowdy-crowd kind of place. They also have a nice wine, liquor, beer selection.Food: 5/5
