Dunkin' - Washington DC

The employees here are racist. This DD is closest to my job which is why I come but I will start going 10 mins out of my way to go to another one. Every time I go I notice I don?t receive the same customer service as others do. They leave the counter mid order and take forever to come back. Today 9/29 Is national coffee day and they claimed I couldn?t get my free coffee because I didn?t have the reward. When the only requirement is making a purchase. Please do yourself a favor and go where your business is appreciated.

I would give this place no stars if i could they are rude disrespectful and always give you the wrong food and when you try to get them to correct the problem they act like you made your own food it?s a shame i will never eat here agin

The service here is generally good but sometimes the donuts are not fresh. Check your order before leaving just to do a quick check. I?ve had a few orders that were disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and what I expected. Early mornings there can be long lines but it moves quickly. Check your surroundings as well, once someone walked up to the car window (caught me off guard not paying attention)

The woman taking the orders was extremely impatient and had an attitude the entire time, saying ?hello? not even 2 seconds if we dont respond right away. Kept cutting my husband off, so i said something and she had an attitude with me saying she?ll only speak with him. Got to the window and shes looking inside of my car. 0/10, do not recommend. Do better.

The service at this restaurant is usually quite good, but there have been occasions when the donuts weren't fresh. I recommend checking your order before leaving, as I've experienced a few disappointing orders. However, the breakfast sandwiches are consistently fresh and meet my expectations. During early mornings, the lines can get long, but they move quickly. Also, be mindful of your surroundings; I once had someone approach my car window unexpectedly while I wasn't paying attention.
