Starbucks - Waynesville

Told them what I wanted as they didn't have it on the menu and made it perfect!!!

Always busy, but the drive thru is pretty fast and the drinks are always spot on.

I haven't been to a Starbucks in years because they seem to have lost what made them successful in the first place. We waited over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Something is wrong there. I think I will stick with the mom and pop coffee shops from now on. That being said, the staff was very courteous.

Very friendly staff, line moved fairly quickly, great coffee and excellent breakfast.

Destiny in the drive thru has amazing customer service! We got some late night coffee for our long drive and it definitely made our night. Thank you for amazing customer service and great energy Destiny !
