Delicious food and friendly staff. It's an ideal spot for a cold day in the park. Their blaa is really enjoyable too!

What stands out is the friendly staff. When you glance at the menu, you'll find a great selection, whether you’re in the mood for a full dinner or a delicious sandwich or panini. On nice days, you can also enjoy outdoor seating with a lovely view of the crannog’s sky.

Dining here isn't a groundbreaking experience, and you shouldn't expect an à la carte menu. However, it offers decent, healthy food at a reasonable price. It's nothing extraordinary, just solid. It's a satisfactory option when you need parking near restaurants.

The staff is awful, offering no assistance and more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than helping customers. It feels like they purposely avoid acknowledging you.

I visited the Heritage Park yesterday with my American Visitors. We went into the restaurant for something to eat. The staff were very disappointing and not interested in their customers at all. I decided to have some chowder and asked the waiting staff if there...was shell fish in the chowder and was told to read the menu I had read the menu and there was was no information to tell me what kind of fish was in the chowder so I just ordered coffe and a muffin. My guests were quite horrified at the response of the waiting staff. The food was nice but the rest of the experience was not. Management need to buck up and look after their customers. So disappointing.
