Bidra med feedbackAs a retired U.S. Navy officer, I've had the opportunity to travel and dine in many places around the globe. So, when I came across Mrs. Jean's Southern Cuisine featured on Kitchen Nightmares, I was thrilled to see a restaurant so close to my hometown. My experiences at Chef Ramsey's restaurants in the UK, USA, and Japan have always been positive, so I had high hopes for this visit. On the evening of my Sunday dinner, the restaurant offered a buffet, although many items from the menu were unavailable due to heavy snowfall. However, the catfish, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and three types of chicken wings were absolutely delightful. I also enjoyed the chance to speak directly with Mrs. Jean and share the reason for my visit. Keep up the great work!
I can hardly find the words to express how amazing Jean's Saturday morning breakfast is—you have to experience it for yourself! The eggs are some of the best I've ever tasted. The potatoes and onions are out of this world; they're so flavorful that they don't even need any seasoning. The bacon is perfectly crispy, and they also offer turkey bacon if you prefer. Pancakes are available upon request. The portion sizes are generous, especially considering the low price of $7. Jean is incredibly friendly and a pleasure to chat with. This breakfast is truly worth the trip for an unforgettable dining experience!
