Mcdonald's - Winter Haven

Friendly, friendly and fast workers. The order was quickly filled, even though the lines were crazy.

There are never food cold again and employee settings. Expect for 1 young lady the order she was amazing!

There was a long wait, but nobody's perfect, so I'm giving you five stars. You always come through for me!

This is by far the worst-managed McDonald's I've ever visited. There were multiple cars in the parking lot, which seems like a strategy to keep their timing numbers low, yet they still managed to get my order wrong twice during a single visit, despite my clear instructions. I'm done with this location. It’s clear that management doesn't care or take the time to train their staff properly.

Delicious ice cream and excellent service! The staff member wearing the Baby Yoda mask is fantastic!
