Costa Coffee - Wokingham

Visiting this restaurant every weekend. Good selection of food and drinks. Staff makes you feel not very comfortable there. There is no good atmosphere in that restaurant, you simply don't feel really welcome there. There was one incident I was involved, when my contact less payment failed. I have been told in very rude way to leave the restaurant. I haven't been even asked to use another payment method. I ignored that and I put my card in to the reader and was able to complete the payment using my pin.

Enjoyed my favourite latte with a shot whilst meeting up with friends. There were several of us and we meet once a month usually. its a great place to meet and chat

My friend and myself go to Costas on a regular basis and we just love the staff and the coffee we have. They are so lovely and friendly and always makes us feel welcome.

Went in and got a Latte and Americano. Also 2 x Christmas sandwiches. It was busy and the staff were working hard and getting the queue moving quiet fast. The service was friendly and done with a lovely smile. Keep up the good work

THe tables needed clearing and we had to move the cups to anputher table and when eventually we saw a person walking arowith cloth in hand she did wipe the table as per my request but poorly. I had bagged the table and my wife joined the gathering of people waiting to be served, there seemed to be a lack of staff and those who were on duty seemed very young.
