Panera Bread - Wynnewood

I received excellent service today at the Panera Bread in Wynnewood, PA. My only concern, which isn't related to the staff, is the new prompt at the payment screen requesting a tip. I believe Panera employees deserve a fair wage, and as a customer, I already feel that I pay enough for the food (it's not fast food prices after all). So, Panera, please ensure your staff is compensated adequately so that tipping isn't necessary. It's a bit awkward, too—who actually receives the tip? The cashier, the food preparers, or the manager?

We had a lovely afternoon with my family; the food and service were excellent.

I love my steel-cut oats topped with blueberries, and I always get a side of their delicious pecan roll sticky bun.
