Great subs excellent service from a local owned shop. The go to spot for the family when we want a quick delicious bite to eat.

Love this place!! I must admit I order from here quite regularly. Jeffrey takes care of me every time and the food is great!

Needless to say they have no grill cook policy at all how is a facial hair end up in my food called back! Spoke to a manger and then was told i can have a credit or made new sub! First time ordering here and ummmm no im ok!! I would give them no stars if possible manger is rude

This a local joint that you come because you are hungry, not a place that you pay big bucks for foods and service. I understand the owner is working himself to death to keep the cost low , you have a choice, either go to other places to pay more or stick with the local to pay for reasonable price for the quick bites. I think the food is not bad compared to the other restaurants around. For around 10 dollars, you can get a sandwich, fries and a glass of cold beer, really cold. I am all for local mom pop shops .

My question is...How do you have a written note on your countertop about how the patronage is not helping the owner or workers go on vacation or buy a fancy house. But it does put food on the table for their children. Then turn around and give a nasty attitude to your guests? After church my mom said she wanted to get a bite from this location....which is now called Jeffrey 's. It was my first time coming into this establishment under the new name. The first person who was ringing us up was ok. Just ok in customer service. We proceeded to order and then my mom let him know that she had a credit on file. Here comes the manager coming in hot. Apparently he was the one who gave it to her but luckily she had the receipt to show him. While she was looking for the receipt, he was standing there blatantly agitated shaking his head off and on then just said I 'll just give you the in house discount because I don 't have time for this. There literally were no other customers behind us. Smh. He then stormed off after taking our payment. I had half the mind to just cancel our order and go elsewhere. I really wanted to but we were all hungry. I looked my mom in the eyes and told her I will never come back. How are people able to own a business with zero customer service. And I know I 'm not the only one that has experienced this. Look through the reviews. I go to say this....be careful of who you upset within the community. He probably didn 't even know we were members of the church nearby and our church does regular events there. Don 't **** off the people or community that helps put food on the table . Because other businesses are available. You are not the only one.
