Baskin-robbins - Gaithersburg

This store is a combination of a Dunkin' Donuts and an ice cream shop, conveniently located in a small shopping center. I believe the staff works at both places. I was in the mood for some ice cream from the freezer, and there was a fantastic selection available. Each option was beautifully decorated. I wanted to add a "Happy Birthday" message to the one we selected. The cake was on the smaller side, but one of the staff members assured us they could fit both the birthday message and a name on it. We were pleasantly surprised with how well it turned out and how gorgeous it looked! The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. They had plenty of ice cream options available. Although I usually stick to my favorites, I decided to skip the donuts this time since we were getting ice cream! I would definitely visit this place again!

I'm really disappointed because I used to love this place. It was fantastic, but something has changed recently. My last visit was terrible. It took them too long to serve my melted ice cream, which shouldn't take more than five minutes. This evening, I ordered a Banan King, but they were out of toppings, so they just threw in more bananas than ice cream. Plus, the Jamoca Almond Fudge had maybe three almonds in total, and there wasn't even any whipped cream or a cherry on top. What's going on? The only ice cream flavor that doesn't have milk is not available either, so I can't even comment on that. It's really sad that now, if I want decent ice cream, I have to travel over 15 minutes from home. What a disappointment!

Store is a combo with Dunkin' Donuts. Quite the bit of real estate at the shopping center! I think the staff works both sides though. Went to get ice cream cake. Picked one out of the freezer case. There were quite a variety to choose from. They were all nicely decorated, but wanted to add happy birthday to the one we picked out. The cake was a little on the smaller size, but one of the folks behind the counter said they could fit happy birthday and a name. We were surprised by how well it fit and how nice it looked! Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Lots of ice cream flavors available in the case. I zoned in on my favorites, but skipped getting a scoop cause we had ice cream cake! Would visit this shop again!

I've ordered from this area twice and have gotten the wrong order I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If there weren't any flavors avaliable they should update there menu rather than making a completely different order from what I asked. Disappointing and horrible service.
