Kfc - Germantown

Ordered the 3-piece chicken box, 2 breasts, one wing, original recipe, with corn and mashed potatoes with gravy as sides, one biscuit , and a Diet Coke. My order arrived hot and everything was delicious as usual! The restaurant was very busy but they were still able to complete my order in a timely manner. Not the first time Ive ordered from this KFC and it wont be the last. They do a great job!

At 10pm old food should not be given to customers with several hours before closing A chicken Popeye should taste fresh without brown film and hardened gravy they could do better they choose to serve me trash go somewhere else at night not this location

The guy at this drive through is HIGH AS A MITE got my order wrong AGAIN! The manager is horrible this location need to be shut down ASAP!

Wow! Absolutely the WORST experience we have EVER had at a fast food place. We will never be back. Around 10:00pm on 4/21, it began with the male at at drive through sounded so miserable... which should have been our red flag to drive off. We ordered 2 large sodas but received 2 mediums. We asked if we could get the larges (which we paid for) and the lady said with so much attitude well it 'll be extra . We said no because we paid for it but then we were getting frustrated and said whatever, fine we will pay extra. She says it is cash only for the drinks. What?! Then she gives us one large drink and at this point we are SO frustrated so we take the one large drink. To make matters worse, the people we could see inside literally were chuckling at us. The cherry on top: crunch wraps were not crunchy, more like soggy. The hard tacos? More like soggy tacos. Terrible service and terrible food.
