Ribs were just alright. The top half was tough and dry, almost inedible in some places, but the lower half meat was quite tender. Greens were fine, I liked how firm they were but they aren't the most flavorful I've ever had. Though it wasn't my dish, I highly recommend the catfish. First time at Hank's, so I was excited, based on the reviews. BBQ is one of my favorite types of food. Overall, I thought it was pretty good. Brisket was tender and flavorful. Ribs were also tender and flavorful, albeit a tad on the dry side (like they had been sitting all day). Mac and cheese was decent, needed a little S P. I liked the vinegary sauces. The staff was friendly. I would go back if I lived in the area. Service: Dine in
